Movitational Speaking |
|
The focus of my motivational speaking fits exactly with the intent and message behind the book that I’ve written
"Can Anyone Here Sing", as well as what I have described as my Life Purpose.
Life for me, the reason that I exist, and what I am supposed to do with my life is, I think, and can I be sure since Life is a journey and who knows what’s waiting around the corner? But I’m pretty certain and satisfied with this, it is that I am supposed to help other people understand what life is all about and what it means to them – this will be different for everyone and there is no one generic answer that fits all. In helping people understand this I will help put them on the road to greater happiness and peace. And in helping people to do this I will be teaching them to Love. To love themselves, all other people, all animals and living creatures on the Earth, the Earth itself; the entire Universe. This message is conveyed in the book as well. And whilst the book purports to be aimed at youth between the ages of 16 and 27, there is no doubt that many other people of other ages would welcome this message. Many people out there are living with great uncertainty and some confusion in their lives. There are so many changes taking place in the world at large, and within every day living. What used to once possibly be considered to be an irritation and only a minority group of what seemed to be radical Green movement people, has blossomed into a worldwide movement. Climate change is being taken seriously. The need to do something about the years and years of decimation and rape of the earth for the sake of business is gaining momentum. Likewise for conservation and the extinction of the many species of non-human life on the planet. Not to mention the human plague of political power struggles, chasing big business, money, religion and wars emanating from these power struggles. It is a very different and very changing world, and people are unsettled. The talk that I give brings some perspective to the individual, to their life, to life itself. At the very least it provides a glimmer of hope that there is a path to the future, the future being the rest of your life. And once embarked upon this path, peace will prevail. |
